Brand History of CORUM Watch Ⅱ

In 1991, the fleet sponsored by Corum in the international sailing events got the award, which made Corum "Admiral's Cup" series watch once again become the focus of many people.

 

In 1992, Corum "Admiral's Cup" tide watch first was published, with Corum’s exclusive CO-277 tidal watch movement, with moon phase, tide, tidal height and water flow strength and soon navigation information.

 

In 1997, Corum published a unique "Tabogan" watch, oddly creating and inventing changeable watchcase, using skillful mechanism design; in addition to a watch, it also can be transformed into a table clock.

 

In 2000, Corum published "Bubble" watch series, taking the thickness of 11mm circle blue stone crystal glass mirror having magnifying effect as the biggest feature, and then it won 2000 "the best watchcase Award" evaluated by the international professional watch magazine 

 

In 2001, Corum published "Trapeze" series watch, unique ladder shape styling inspired by happy memories of childhood on the swing. Unique style, very elegant harmonic proportion showed Corum varied and extraordinary aesthetic design.

 

In 2005, Corum launched "Classical Vanitas" series, and this was the first try of taking Italy filigree mosaic parquet techniques used in watch and watchcase.

 

In 2005, to celebrate the Corum 50th anniversary, a new replica golden bridge watch was launched and again showed 21 new century’s soul style, won" 2005 the best annual watch Award" issued by the international professional watch magazine.

 

In 2006, Corum “Admiral’s Cup” series begun to be changed and updated, in addition to maintain highly recognizable 12 side arch shape watchcase and 12 maritime colored flags, it also was added more fashion design elements and contemporary aesthetics.

 

In 2007, contemporary clocks and watches technology’s milepost - Corum watch "Romvlvs" series, was elegant interpretation of classics value, showed the best skills of Switzerland watch making and remarkable style. 

 

In 2008, Corum greatly developed the technical structure and pushed the brand to the summit of complex and precision machinery, launched excellent and extraordinary top watch such as Corum Admiral’s Cup 48 Tourbillon and Romvlvs calendar watch, which undoubtedly more concretely presented brand’s important position in high-grade watch field.

 

In 2009, Corum again showed its inexhaustible creativity. Corum launched the second homemade watch movement, wrote a historical page for brand. From the design, research and development to the assembly, all in their own factory were complete. While Ti-Bridge was the first Corum watch series with a CO 007 watch movement.

 

2010, this year not only was Corum brand's 55th anniversary, but also was Admiral's Cup series’ 50th anniversary and Golden Bridge series’ 30th anniversary. Corum watch absolutely was a fusion of traditional technology and innovative spirit.
