Sound production theory of Alarm clock

From the viewpoint of internal structure, it is not much difference between alarm and alarm clock. Operation methods of alarm clock can be divided into knocking musical reed, knocking back and knocking substrate. The first is adding a sound column in the back of the watch, when the ring hammer hits sound column, the voice will be transferred to the bottom cover to generate sound. This is the most common alarm mechanism. Some alarm watch sound cover is directly made into the watch back cover, in order to make the alarm sound more melodious, some one will put the watch back cover formed with sound hole. The manner of knocking the sound reed is similar to the sound production structure of Repeater knocking the sound reed, which produces sounds that by contrast would be more clear and melodious.

 

Alarm mechanism plus an escapement mechanism, wherein the star gear drives the alarm hammers, and alarm pointer is still fixed in the top of time wheel , when the concave and convex point of three different circles are combined, alarm switch would be stared. Through the exclusive independent spring box energy, the sound hammers swing, then knock sound column of the watch bottom, metal resonance sound is produced, the alarm bell would be slight change because of different materials, there are manufacturers adding resonating box in the bottom cover to let the alarm sound more resonant.
